How to request information

    Write your application

    Use the prescribed form and mention the record you need, with your name, CNIC and contact details.

  2. 2

    Submit it to the PIO

    Send it by post, deliver it by hand at the KPT Head Office, or email it to the Public Relations Officer. Keep your acknowledgement.

  3. 3

    Receive a response

    KPT responds within 10 working days.
